One of the largest of the Tropical Rain forests is the Amazon Rain Forest in Central and South America.
Other rain forests are located in Africa, Indo-malaysia, and much of Australia.
Less than 6% of the earth's surface is Tropical rain forest and is depleting rapidly.
Facts About the Tropical Rain Forest:
Less than 10% of Sunlight reaches the bottom of the rain forest.
The average temperature of the Amazon is 93 Degrees or less.
The Amazon is humid because of the amount of rainfall it recieves.
The Amazon gets up to 250 centimeters of rain per year.
